OPEN DOOR POLICY We strive to only give the best service to our guests, if you are unhappy with your result or need an adjustment, please contact us within the first week and we would be happy to fix it.

 

CONSULTATIONS All chemical hair treatments prices vary depending on hair thickness and length and product needed for desired result. We require a consultation with one of our stylist. Consultations are complimentary. You can book this ahead, through the phone, or the same day if time allows.

 

CANCELLATIONS Please keep in mind to call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment, and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total.

 

LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment or no show, you will be asked to reschedule your visit and will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

 

REFUNDS No refunds on chemical treatment services- allow us to accommodate you for a future appointment to correct our work if you are not satisfied. No refunds on gift cards/ gift certificates.

 

GIFT CARDS Gift cards or gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. They are non-transferrable and may not be returned or used to purchase another gift card. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date and only valid at Divine Salon Suites 3820 S Jog Rd Greenacres. ***This excludes Skyn by Yali & Beauty by Elisa.** Divine Salon Suites is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
